FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Following is FAQs list. Please read these before reaching to us for any questions.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?
Domestic shipping tends to take 2-5 business days for all orders in the United States.
International shipping tends to take 14-20 business days (This estimate is without any delays of customs, lost package by the shipping carrier or wrong shipping address provided)
If the item is handmade, it may take longer due to the handcrafting process. Approximately 2-3 business days on top of processing time.


WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?
If you ordered multiple items from multiple suppliers, they will be dispatched separately, and most probably arrive separately, but rest assured, they are on their way! 
***If you are using a mail/package forwarder in the USA, please make sure all items are received before shipping out to your home country to avoid extra shipping.
I LIVE OUTSIDE OF USA, CAN YOU SHIP TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF USA?
Right now we only ship to USA addresses. If you want an item shipped to your address, we recommend using a mail/package forwarded here in the USA to forward mail to your country for a fee. WHERE’S MY ORDER?
After your order is fulfilled, we will send an email to you with a shipping tracking number. If you opt for the registered shipping method, you can track it from supplier to your home country. However, for the free shipping method, you can only track the item until it leaves the manufacturer's home country.
 
Most of the cases, the item will reach your shipping address within three weeks. However, there are rare case when the item reach customer after more than 30 days. If this happens, please contact us and we will investigate your order.

YOU SEND ME WRONG ITEM! HOW DO I RETURN/GET A REFUND/REORDER?
We rarely send wrong package, but mistake happens sometimes. Please reach out to our e-mail address, and we will resolve your order as soon as we can.
