HOW LONG ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?
Domestic shipping tends to take 2-5 business days for all orders in the United States. All items listed on this website are shipped from USA warehouse.
WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped out in multiple shipments. So you may receive them on separate days.
***If you are using a mail/package forwarder in the USA, please make sure all items are received before shipping out to your home country to avoid extra shipping.

Right now we only ship to USA addresses. If you want an item shipped to your address, we recommend using a mail/package forwarded here in the USA to forward mail to your country for a fee. You send the order to their warehouse, then pay for the shipping to your country.
WHERE’S MY ORDER?
After your order is fulfilled, we will send an email to you with a shipping tracking number. If you opt for the registered shipping method, you can track it from supplier to your home country.
YOU SEND ME WRONG ITEM! HOW DO I RETURN/GET A REFUND/REORDER?
We rarely send wrong package, but mistake happens sometimes. Please reach out to our e-mail address, and we will resolve your order as soon as we can.
