Valtcan Titanium Pressure Cooker Recipes

Allow the pot to cool down naturally before unlocking lid for best results. Release pressure by pressing on gasket pressure seal with spoon or by turning valve counter-clockwise 1-2 turns slowly then wait 1-2 minutes for all steam to release. 

The inner pot has holes that help circulate heat to cook the food evenly. The graduated holes with markings on inner pot correspond to the recommended amount of water level to cook X-amount of grams of rice. For example the first mark is for 300g of rice - so pour in 300 grams of rice. 150g of rice is about 1 cup of rice. Then add water till the water is just covering that hole. Note that it may take a 10-20 seconds for the water to level when pouring in the water to the pot.  Heat at medium to high then start timer for 15min once pot is pressurized - steam visible and audible.
