Will my double sided 3 inch toothpicks fit?

No. The internal length is sized for standard single sided picks up to 2.5 inches / 6 cm. Double sided 3 inch picks are too long and will not fit. This is the number one thing to check before ordering.

How many toothpicks does it hold?

Up to 20 standard single sided picks. Fill it full and they ride silently; the airtight seal also keeps flavored picks from drying out or losing flavor.

Is it actually waterproof?

Yes. The machined threads compress an O-ring when you screw the halves together, making the capsule airtight and waterproof. Contents stay dry through rain, a drop in a puddle, or a day in a wet jacket pocket.

Can I keep pills or vitamins in it?

Yes. Grade 1 titanium is the same commercially pure metal used in surgical implants. It does not corrode and does not transfer taste or smell to contents. It holds roughly 10 standard vitamins.

How is this different from the Valtcan V3.1 dispenser?

The V3.1 is a machined dispenser with a pocket clip and a one pick dispensing port. This capsule is the simpler, lighter tool: two threaded halves and an O-ring, nothing else. If you want maximum durability with zero moving parts at a lower price, this is the one.

Will it scratch or wear on my keys?

The matte bead blasted finish will pick up light marks from keys over time, like any tool that gets used. Titanium cannot rust or corrode, so the wear stays cosmetic and most owners find it just looks more earned.

What else do people store in it?
